Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters, Inc. (GFMI) opened for business in 1979 building prototype and concept automobiles for the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. Since that time, GFMI has grown to become a world leader in the automotive prototype manufacturing industry.

GFMI builds state-of-the-art vehicles from the ground up entirely within its 123,000 square-foot facility (with the exception of power train and tires).

GFMI’s involvement in the GLASS industry began in 1998 and is growing to match our capabilities requiring us to open a GLASS Division to accommodate that business.

Our GFMI GLASS Division now provides 3D glass forming for 100’s of aerospace, automotive, marine, locomotive and solar programs.
